Damage and Problems

The fastest way to ensure you get the item you need is to return the item you own, and once the return is accepted, you can purchase the new item individually.

European Union 14-Day Cooling-Off Period
Notwithstanding the above, if goods are shipped to the EU, you have the right to cancel or return your order within 14 days without giving any reason. Refund
We will notify you if your refund is approved after we receive and inspect your return. If approved, you will be automatically refunded via your original payment method within 10 business days.
