📦 Processing Time

We process all orders within 24 hours, excluding weekends and holidays.

All orders are shipped from China via 4PX Worldwide Express (LianYouTong).

US Shipping to the United States

• Orders are typically delivered by USPS (United States Postal Service).

• Depending on your location, other last-mile carriers may also handle the final delivery.

• Estimated delivery time: 7–15 business days, with full tracking provided.

🌍 Shipping to Other Countries

• We use 4PX Worldwide Express (LianYouTong special line service).

• Orders are handed over to local postal partners in the destination country.

• Estimated delivery time: 10–20 business days, depending on region.

🎁 We usually declare packages as "Sample" or "Gift" to help minimize import duties.

⚡ Expedited Shipping

If you need faster delivery (e.g., DHL, UPS), please select “Expedited Shipping” at checkout.
Your order will be prioritized.

⚠️ DHL EXPRESS orders are shipped under DDU (Delivered Duty Unpaid). The recipient is responsible for any import duties or taxes. These are usually low.

🏠 Address Accuracy

Please ensure your shipping address is correct and complete, including postal code and phone number.
We are not responsible for failed deliveries due to incorrect or incomplete addresses.
